This management system facilitates staff to capture potential insurance lead’s (client’s) information. This information relates to a product or various products that the lead was interested in. The agent that made contact with the lead is assigned to it which allows the agent’s progress and success rate with the assigned contact to be tracked.

The system integrated the transfer of the leads to various insurance companies, namely Frank.Net, Blenheim, Clientele, Prime Meridian Direct, African Independent Brokers, Instant Life, 3 Way Marketing.

Reporting within the system includes the ability to:
