This System that was developed to ensure that Government Departments, Universities or Corporate Entities comply with the constitution of South Africa that states procurement activities should be conducted in such a manner that is equitable, transparent, competitive, efficient and cost effective.

  The Challenge

Client required a platform from which Supplier information could be verified against official records based on custom questionnaires relevant to their organisation.

  The Solution

A web based application consisting of an administration portal from which administrators can manage suppliers, define custom supplier disclosure questions, uploads and disclosure periods and a supplier portal from which suppliers can complete these disclosures. Once submitted, suppliers details are vetted against official databases and administrators can then perform in depth reporting on the results.
